Lymph Flow workshop

An introduction to your amazing Lymphatic System and at home lymphatic selfcare!
Learn gentle yoga and self massage techniques to improve your lymphatic flow and boost your immunity
Join me for a 4 hour workshop where we will cover:
– an introduction to the lymphatic system
– at home lymphatic self care techniques to boost lymph flow
– the lymph fascia connection
– upper body and lower body ‘fascia flossing’ yoga poses / techniques
– pranayama for the lymphatic system
– plus a relaxing 60min lymph flow yoga practice
Suitable for all body types and abilities. Yoga newbies welcome.
We will be moving and practicing techniques, as well as completing a gentle Yin yoga session to finish, please wear comfy clothes that you can move in and can access arms and lower legs in.

Open to complete beginners, Yoga newbies and experienced Yogi’s.
Prerequisite: Must be reasonably mobile, as this is a mat based workshop, although accommodations can be made and chairs provided if notified prior.

A huge day of hands on learning that will leave you feeling super relaxed, and with the confidence with how to deliver a Kahuna style Hot Stone Massage.
Prerequisite: ideally hold a Certificate IV or Diploma (or equivalent) in Massage Therapy, Remedial Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy, or able to show evidence of a completed Relaxation or Swedish Massage Course.
